A Dialogue List is a verbatim record of all spoken dialogue (including utterances) that is created to match the final edited version of the film, television or video production.

AS-BROADCAST SCRIPTS
An As-Broadcast script is created to match the final edited version of the film, television or video production. Depending on the format, it can include scene headings, action, act breaks and basic camera shots, as well as the verbatim spoken dialogue.

ANNOTATIONS
Annotations are definitions of dialogue including slang terms, colloquialisms, famous persons or events, double meanings, puns and other idiomatic or obscure references needing clarification for foreign audiences. These definitions are added directly to the final script underneath the dialogue.

Caption & Subtitle Files
Caption and Subtitle Files are transcriptions and/or translations that are audio-sync timed to the spoken dialogue and displayed on the screen.
