The maximum file size should be 2.0 gigabytes.
Final video with locked picture
Burned in visible time code window on program video. Time code must be large, legible and should not obstruct any titles within the project. It’s best if the time code appears in a black box to prevent it from fading into light picture backgrounds. (Time code window must match time code on the master.)
Frames: Full sequence of all frames are to be encoded. This is very important. Without all of the frames, we cannot track the time code.
